Both of us have lived in various areas of Washington, but we call Shelton "home". We have lived here for over 15 years with our daughter Jaime and our 4 furry friends.
Don is a graduate of Shelton High School and Central Washington University. Prior to beginning his career in Real Estate in 2005 he enjoyed traveling North America as a Field Engineer/Technical Software Trainer for DIS based in Bellingham. Don's specialty is market value and negotiation. Year after year he uses such skill and knowledge and he has become extremely accurate at assessing market values!
Michelle is a graduate of Puyallup High School and Fort Steilacoom Community College. Prior to beginning her Real Estate career in 2001 she chose to use her Veterinary Technology degree at the Eye Clinic for Animals in Olympia.
Michelle specializes in contract knowledge and loves helping first time Buyers with the biggest purchase of their lives.
85-90% of our business is referral. This speaks volumes of our committment to client service and our integrity.
We have been both a Buyer and a Seller many times and we understand the ups and downs of the process. We are dedicated to taking care of the details no matter how big or small, they are all important to a successful closing.
It's our job to know what's going on in the industry to know the current market trends and how they affect our clients. Our area is very diverse as are our clients and whether you're buying a $2,000 lot or a 2.5 million dollar estate you want and need Brokers who care enough to do the work that's required for a successful closing.
